About the location

Children’s Centre ‘De Bomschuit’ is located on the outskirts of Katwijk opposite the VV Katwijk sports fields. The unique building has a green outdoor playground on both sides. In addition, it has a large central playroom with a lot of fun play material.

The building is shared with Cardea Youth Care, who have a Day Care facility here, and the Auris treatment group, for children with hearing, language and speech disadvantage.

At ‘De Bomschuit’ we offer care to children aged 0-4 years, full days of Day Care or Flexible Care.  Flexible Care is provided to parents who work varying shifts. We offer the possibility of matching your child care to suit your working schedule.

In addition, the Bomschuit also has a Pre-School group, for toddlers aged 2 to 4 years. Pre-School De Bomschuit is open every weekday from 08.30 to 12.30, including lunch. In contrast to our other Pre-School locations, Pre-School De Bomschuit is open 52 weeks a year (also in the school holidays). This makes it easy to combine with our other types of childcare.
