About Children's Center De Bomschuit

Kindercentrum de Bomschuit is located on the outskirts of Katwijk opposite the sports fields of VV Katwijk. The unique building has a green outdoor playground on both sides. The building is shared with the Auris treatment group, especially for children with hearing, language and speech delays. This location also houses our main office.

Full day care
At Children's Center De Bomschuit , we offer full-day care for children ages 0 to 4. We also offer Flexible care at this location. Flexible care is ideal for parents with changing shifts: the care days can be adapted to the work schedule. Kindercentrum De Bomschuit is open from 07.30 to 18.30.

From March 2025, the Belle Fleur childcare center will also take place in De Bomschuit. After the renovation of De Burgt in Rijnsburg, which is expected to take two years, they will move back here.

Pre-school
We also offer Pre-school at this location. The toddlers (ages 2 to 4) can play, learn and discover together with peers here. After all, young children learn through play. The toddlers are offered fun and age-appropriate activities from the Pre-school education Peuterpraat program, in preparation for elementary school. This program stimulates language and speech development, personal development and social development. This includes playing together, independence, self-reliance, cleanliness, norms and values and fine and gross motor skills.

Pre-school De Bomschuit is open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Unlike other Pre-school locations, Pre-school De Bomschuit is open 52 weeks a year, including school vacations. In this way, Pre-school is easy to combine with daycare for working parents as well.
