The first step


You can subscrice your child directly online through the website. Once you have completed all the fields, your registration will come in to our Customer Service Department. They will confirm your registration.

Would you like to subscribe a second or third child? Then you can log into the Parent Portal and add a child here. Have you been a customer with us before, but not anymore? Then your email address is already known in our system and you cannot use it to register again. You can contact our customer service in this case.

Please note that there is a waiting list for some locations. If this is the case at the location of your choice, you will be notified by our Customer Service department. Placement is in order of registration and depends on group composition and ages of children, among other factors. We currently plan 6 to 9 months in advance. We make every effort to provide care for as many children as possible.

Change or terminate

The Parent Portal

If you have a current contract with us, you can easily make changes or cancel your contract through the Parent Portal. To make a change, go to 'Schedule' and then 'Requests/ Structural Change'. To cancel your contract, choose 'Docs and Forms' and then 'Contract'. Here you will find the option to cancel.

Right of Withdrawal

Up to 14 days after signing your contract, you have the right to cancel (revoke) the contract without giving reasons. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal written statement before the end of the withdrawal period. Payment is due for any services already provided during the withdrawal period. After you have informed us of your withdrawal from the agreement, we will issue a final invoice based on the services provided and purchased.
